Emmanuel Tumusiime-MutebileEmmanuel Tumusiime-Mutebile, a native of Uganda, has served a variety of functions in the Government of Uganda and in international financial and development institutions. Most recently, he was appointed to the AfDB High Level Panel of eminent persons, co-chaired by former President Chissano of Mozambique and Mr Paul Martin, former Prime Minister of Canada, to advise the President of the African Development Bank on the strategic future of the African Development Bank.
