Hotel accommodation

Hotel rooms have been blocked for conference participants at three conveniently located hotels, and must be requested on the registration form in order to ensure the conference rates. Please give your check-in and check-out dates and your preferred hotel. Hotel rooms will be assigned in order of application. Participants will be contacted directly following their registration, by reservations staff from the selected hotel, who will provide information on the rooms available, and collect credit card information to confirm the reservation. If you have not been contacted within five working days of registration, you should contact your selected hotel directly.
